What we are looking for:


  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation

  • Allocate resources for assigned projects

  • Plan all tools and accessories for ordering and procurement, tool list, equipment list, material list

  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors

  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients

  • Create site layout plan and staging

  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

  • Review and coordinate required Permit Inspections

  • Oversee Master Schedule and create Three Week Look Ahead Schedule

  • Provide Phasing Plan for Subcontractor Coordination

  • Coordinate Roll-off Dumpsters for Waste Removal.

  • Daily Reports and Progress Photos


  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields

  • Familiarity with construction management software

  • Strong leadership qualities

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Deadline and detail-oriented
